Here we must educate ourselves. What are the things this projects is meant to accomplish? What is the design vision? Industry and demographic research is also performed during this step.
This is where we define the direction of the website or application. We know the goals, but how will they be accomplished? How do we reach the vision we defined? How do we reach our users?
Now the pen hits the paper. We make our plans a reality. Website or application interface design begins at this stage. Throughout this process the project manager approves each step of the development. Small tweaks and changes are still being made to the designs.
Finally, we take all of the work done to this point and build it into a fully functional website/application. Just a little bit of troubleshooting and coding left to do to guarantee a seamless user experience.
